Clear guidelines for returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and warranty policy below to understand the conditions and procedures for returning products or making warranty claims.
No product will be considered for return without a valid, original receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep your receipt in a safe place for any future claims.
All electronic products carry a 30-day factory warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturer defects only, not damage caused by misuse.
Warranty claims take 3 working days to be processed from the date we receive the product. You will be notified via email once processing is complete.
We do not provide cash refunds. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged for store credit at our discretion.
No returns will be considered on any liquid or coil product due to hygiene and safety reasons. This includes e-liquids, oils, and coil components.
Products eligible for return may be exchanged for store credit or a similar product within 14 days of purchase, provided all original packaging and accessories are included.
